Q1. What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our tillers in plywood, suitable for shipping container.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% T/T deposit payment before production, 70% balance payment before delivery. We'll show you photos of products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, we will need about 25 days to produce a 20ft container, about 45 days to produce a 40ft container. The specific lead time depends on the products and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: Our moq is 3 units, we can supply the sample order.
Q7. How is your warranty policy?
A: We supply one year whole machine warranty. Also we can supply all kinds of spare parts for purchasing and replacing them in the future if needed.
